  1. Thanks for the update. It is hard not to imagine that you could have been there when it happened, please be safe while you are there.

I have a family member there in haiti with Mallory Thurlow. There are a lot of people asking me what items are most needed by Mallory’s team. Do you have advice on this? Are pallets going to be sent from Midland?

We are working with the Medical Team that is planning to go assist them this weekend. We are meeting tonight to determine the medical supply list and then we’ll be working to get it together. They will transport as much as they can with them. I haven’t talked to the HFAP team lately about a shipment for later on. Watch the blog for more info tonight. Who is your family member that is with them? I hope this blog is helping you feel connected.

Ali Tarter is my niece who has been living with us for the last couple of years…going to school here in Indy and teaching at my daughter’s pre-school. This website is great! I am so glad i found it. Forwarding the link to Ali’s parents right now. Yes, I do feel much more connected. It is comforting to read the updates and know that they are okay.

We have a lot of parents from the school who are ready to help and Ali’s family is in a different part of the state also ready to help. We just need a little direction. Brainstorming meeting tonight in their area and tomorrow night here in Indy, so I’ll be looking here for the latest before the meeting. Thanks so much!

We would love to have you involved Mike. I am getting back to GR today and am in Rockford until I leave for Italy on Wednesday afternoon. Have time for coffee?

  4. Have you ever thought about writing an ebook or guest authoring on other blogs?

I have a blog centered on the same topics you discuss and
would love to have you share some stories/information.
I know my readers would value your work. If you’re even remotely interested, feel free to shoot me an e mail.
